Applicable Specifications:

Assemblies are manufactured to IPC-A-610. We build products to IPC, JEDEC and MIL Standards or to customer requirements and are ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000:1996 compliant and (UL)-Underwriters Laboratories Certified.

Lead-Free Process Validation

Complete visual and micro-structural analysis were conducted to verify the micro-structural integrity of Electronic Service Providers’ PCB assemblies and ensures that each of the solder connections meets IPC Standards Class III

IPC Association Connecting Electronics Industries (IPC)

ESP has adopted IPC-A-610 Class II and Class III as it’s workmanship standard. An IPC training program has been implemented. IPC is a U.S. based trade association that provides guidelines and standards for the design, manufacturing and acceptance of electronics and electromechanical assemblies.
